About Walter Social Impact

What We Do

We help mission-driven teams make progress on complex challenges through strategic design and facilitated collaboration. Our work brings clarity, structure, and creative momentum to organizations working toward real-world change.

Who We Work With

Nonprofits, coalitions, public-sector leaders, and healthcare teams navigating strategy, alignment, or systems change. We partner with groups who are doing important work and need a steady, thoughtful guide to help move it forward.

The Walter Social Impact Difference

A modern, facilitation-first approach that’s clear, visual, and accessible. We blend design thinking, adult learning, and practical strategy into processes that feel engaging, grounded, and genuinely useful; no jargon, no assumptions, and never one-size-fits-all plans.

Why We Care

Because meaningful change requires teams to think together, learn together, and move forward with shared clarity. We believe the best solutions come from inside the organization; our role is to create the conditions for those solutions to emerge.

Meet Rachel.

Rachel is a strategist, facilitator, and design thinker with deep experience in public health, systems change, community engagement, and adult learning. She brings a grounded, energetic presence to every engagement, helping teams move from uncertainty to insight, and from insight to action.
